About Us:
You’ll be living with two professional women in our early 30s, one an accountant and the other working in advertising. We both have busy work lives, so home is very much our cosy, calm sanctuary.
Outside of work, we love keeping active with fresh air and long “hot girl walks” around the area, especially as we’re lucky enough to be close to three large common parks. We’re equally happy with relaxed Netflix nights on the sofa, good chats, and switching off after a long day.
We have a big shared garden that’s a real highlight of the house. In summer, it’s perfect for sunbathing, BBQs, and the occasional chilled get-together. The house is well-located too, less than a 7-minute walk to the tube and Gail’s, which is always a win.
We’re friendly, easygoing, and respectful, and we’re looking for someone who’ll enjoy the home in the same way and feel comfortable making it their own.

The high street is full of great cafés and brunch spots, alongside popular restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets. With three commons nearby for green space, Balham is ideal for anyone wanting easy commuting, weekend brunches, and a sociable local atmosphere.
