Two lovely bedrooms are available in a warm, welcoming four bed, two bathroom flat right in the heart of Balham – just off the High Road and less than a 5-minute walk to the station.

Both rooms are £820 per month and are bright, cosy and easy to make your own.

The housemates: You’ll be living with two friendly, easy-going girls. They both enjoy watching the tv after work as a flat, having a chat or a chilled glass of wine, but also respect when you want some personal space.

Move-in date: Around 14th–15th February – perfect for a fresh start.

This would be ideal for two friends wanting to move into a great location together, but we’re also very happy to consider one person for either room.
