Hi everyone,

My current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend meaning that a room will become available from 1st March 2026.

The apartment is very well located: just 5 minutes from Balham underground station, and a 5 minute walk Wandsworth Common station.
In addition, there is a big Sainsburys, ALDI, and Waitrose (as well as many other bars/shops) on Balham high street – all within a 10 minute walk.
Wandsworth Common is a 10 minute walk, and Clapham Common a 15 minute walk – so perfect if you like to go for a run or for drinks during the summer.
The flat is within the Wandsworth Council tax band.

I am a sociable person who likes to go for a drink from time to time and do activities together but also very much respects each person's personal space and privacy. Amongst other things, I like to play and watch sports in my free-time.

The landlord is looking to finalise the new flatmate by 31st January – so please shout asap if any questions or interest in viewing the flat.
