About Us

We’re Niamh and Tegan (31&30), university friends who have called London home for 8 years. We both work in the fashion industry and love a balance of social and chilled vibes. You’ll often find us hosting a "supper club" at home, heading out for a Thursday glass of wine, or planning our next travel adventure. While we're social, we lead busy professional lives and respect each others personal space during the week.

The Location

We are ideally situated in Balham, roughly a 10-minute walk from both Balham Station (Northern Line & National Rail) and Clapham South. All the essentials—Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, and the local bars and cafes are just a short stroll away.

Who We’re Looking For

A clean, friendly, and professional female (late 20s/30s) who wants more than just a room. We’re looking for someone to make this a true home—someone who’s up for a weekend brunch, a shared bottle of wine, or just a good catch-up.

* Guests: We’re very relaxed about having friends over occasionally, and our boyfriend often stays over.

* Pets: We are pet-friendly! If you have a furry friend, they are more than welcome.
