Hello,
My flatmate is moving out at the end of feb and I’m looking to fill her room. The contract will run from start of March - end of September 2026.
Location: 10 min walk from Clapham South station, 10 min walk from Wandsworth Common station, 15 min walk from balham station, 20/25 min walk from Clapham junction (makes commuting very easy!)
About the room: large bedroom, room for a desk, some furniture comes with the room (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers), the rest is up for sale.
About the flat: 2 bed ground floor flat, stays nice and cool in the summer which is a plus, small kitchen and bathroom but huge living room and bedrooms. Location feels really safe and the building management team are easy to contact if there are any maintenance issues.
Who you’d be living with: me and my partner share one bedroom, you’d be in the other. We’re both 27. I’m from London and Joe’s from Melbourne. We do value our nights in but are equally keen on a trip to the pub and hopefully will be travelling a lot this year.
Price: £800/month + bills
