I'm moving out of my apartment and my double ensuite room is up for grabs!

*1 min walk to Balham station (Northern Tube + National Rail)
*1 min walk to Big Sainsburys, Aldi, Pret, multiple pubs

- Room -
The room is a very spacious double room with 2 full wardrobes (one with a mirror in it), ensuite bathroom, built-in desk and plenty of room storage. It's fully furnished with a double bed and bedside drawers. Perfect for WFH as the desk is big - I currently WFH twice a week and don't hear any noise at all during the day.

- Apartment -
The apartment sits within an wider apartment complex with an entrance on the main road but is located on the back side of the building so no road noise comes through. It has a living room with kitchen in it and an outdoor balcony/deck which is great to hang out on in summer. There is another bathroom in the flat that the other 2 flatmates share so the ensuite is all yours. The apartment stays very warm without heating (we've turned it on once during the winter to help dry clothes and the place stayed hot for the next few days).

- Flatmates -
Seth and James are both very active, social New Zealanders. They're very chill to live with, clean, and always down for a chat around the apartment or out and about. Both are big into running (currently training for separate marathons), travelling/skiing and just generally getting out with friends. Seth is a Physio and James is in Accounting with both working in office every day so if you WFH, you'll have the apartment to yourself.

As the apartment is managed by a property company, you will need to pass references which they will complete.
