The move in date is 12th March, and the rent is £875 bills are approx £120ish! Our landlord has been doing work in the house so we have been notified in September there will likely be a rent increase FYI! You also need to earn min £33k as per our landlords requirements!
You’ll be living with me (29) and @samanthafowler (27) we work in social value and accounting, and have a mix of wfh and in office! We’re good friends who met through the flat, and our flat has a homely feel to it! We love to go out for dinner and drinks- and we always up for trying something new!
