Short walk to Northcote Road for restaurants and cafes, excellent location for Clapham South and Balham tube stations (10-14 min walk respectively). 20 minutes to Clapham Junction. I spend half of the week WFH, but usually around in the evenings. A typical week for me involves gym or a run after work, socialising and chilling with Netflix. I’m respectful for other people’s down-time, so looking for someone who is sociable but also enjoys doing their own thing. Open to pets - no barky dogs as it’s a flat!
