We’ve got a bright double room available in our Balham flat, perfect for someone looking for a social, easy-going place to call home.

You’ll be living with Callum (24) and Jacob (24) - both friendly, active and sociable. We’re big fans of football, cooking together, exploring London, and heading out for the occasional pub trip or night out. We get on well as a flat and are ideally looking for someone who’s up for a chat, the odd drink, and generally being part of the household rather than just renting a room.

The location is a huge plus:

15-minute walk to Balham Station and Clapham South

5-minute walk to Balham High Street with loads of shops, cafés, gyms and pubs nearby
