Hi girls,

Big attic room available in 4 bed, split floor flat in Balham with 3 other girls!

I’m moving out of our lil flat to move in with my boyfriend, so hoping to find a chilled, friendly gal to take it!

The flat is a 30 second walk from Balham tube, 2 minutes from Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Oliver Bonas, tkmaxx etc and surrounded by pubs, bars, brunch spots and cafes!

The flat itself is split over 3 floors, has a large living room, lots a of natural light and endless kitchen storage. There are also 2 bathrooms so no waiting for ages to shower!

The rent is £950 with bills coming in at approx £85/month. Landlord is super relaxed, very quick to fix things and doesn’t charge a deposit, just trusts we’ll look after the flat. All he asks is you pass reference checks.

Move in date officially would be 7th March and you would be starting a new annual contract, but happy to fully move out end of Feb if you need it sooner.
