Very Close ( 5 min walk ) to Tooting common and 15 mins from Clapham common too.

We’re a social and fun-loving group who enjoy catching up in the evenings over dinner, movie nights, and the occasional game night or weekend adventure. We love having chats in the kitchen and sharing a laugh, but we’re also respectful of each other’s need for space and downtime. Balance is key!

Our ideal housemate is someone who’s excited to become part of our home, not just a name on the mailbox. We’d love for you to bring your unique energy and help keep our space feeling lively, warm, and full of laughter. We’d love someone who enjoys connecting with the people they live with.

We have an office used for our WFH and hybrid workers.

We have an Outhouse used for storage, but also for fun and games, where we have a pool table and foozeball table.
