Myself & Harry (both 27) are looking for a lad (no girls) of similar age to take a room available 11th of March in our lovely 3 bed & 2 bathroom flat in Balham S/W, as our current flatmate is moving out. We both have jobs in the city and looking for a sociable person to live with as mates like we currently do. The room is a large double room with en suite bathroom, desk and storage.

The flat has a great open plan kitchen/lounge area and also has a spacious outside decking area. Very close to Balham station and the high street so good access to all the essentials. The building also has a small gym and bike/storage unit. Approx £1300 a month all bills included.
