Little on me as I'll be your housemate, I'm a 30 year old friendly, clean Irish guy, working in sustainability in the city, loves sport and pretty social guy. Ideally looking for someone who's a working professional 25 plus, social and respectful.
Requirements :

- Deposit is £1290 as per contract, all will be done through the estate agent
