We are looking for a new girl to join our lovely 4 bed house in Balham. 💖

The room:
• Ground floor double bedroom
• Fully furnished (Bed, bedside table, chest of draws and large wardrobe with built in mirror.)
• The room can fit a desk if needed.
• £1,000 pcm rent + ~£110 pcm bills
• Deposit is 1,240.38 (paid directly to the estate agents)

🏡 The house is fully furnished, with separate kitchen, dining room and living room. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor (mainly used by the ground floor room) and other on the 1st floor.

📍 It’s a great spot – just 10mins walk to Balham and Clapham South station (Northern Line) and an easy stroll to both Clapham and Tooting Common. Our estate agents are also very good – they are super responsive with any issues.

👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼 We are 3 female professionals (23-27) who are in the office 3/4 days a week. We love brunch, pub trips, and nights in with the tv, but also respect each other’s space, so looking for someone with a similar vibe.
