Sadly, 2 of our housemates are moving out of our lovely 4 bed house in Balham, 1 relocating for work and other to move in with her best friend! We are looking for 2 professionals to takeover their tenancies – no couples sorry!

Both bedrooms are fully furnished with bed, bedside table, chest of draws and large wardrobe with built in mirror. Both rooms can fit a desk for a wfh set up if needed. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor.

Bedroom 1 - £1,050 pcm rent + ~£110 pcm bills
Bedroom 2 - £1,200 pcm rent + ~£110 pcm bills

The deposit for both rooms are £1,240.38 each. This will be paid directly to the estate agents and new inventory check will be done on the rooms before move in.

🏡 The house is fully furnished, with separate kitchen, dining room and living room. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor (mainly used by Bedroom 1) and other on the 1st floor shared between 3.

📍 It’s a fantastic location – just 10mins walk to Balham and Clapham South station (Northern Line) and an easy stroll to both Clapham and Tooting Common. Our estate agents are very good – they are super responsive with any issues.

👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼 We are 2 female professionals (26 and 27) who are in the office 3 days a week. We love brunch, quiet nights in watching tv and pub trips for drinks/pub quiz but also respect each other’s space, so looking for someone with a similar vibe.
