Bright double room near Clapham/ Wandsworth common

Hi everyone, my flatmate Ed and I are looking for a new flatmate from mid April as our flatmate is moving out.

Ed and I are easygoing and sociable, who have been friends since university, now in our early 30s. We are active and sociable and spend a nice mix of being at home and out and about :) we both tend to work from the office so there is lots of space for working from home.

We live in a spacious flat in Balham with a large living room, lovely kitchen, two bathrooms and a third toilet. It's located around 10 mins walk from Balham and Clapham South tubes and Wandsworth Common overground. There's also lots of bike storage for those who prefer cycling.

The room is £1,013 per month, plus an additional £100 per month for bills (including a cleaner who comes twice a month). It is fully furnished with lots of storage and space for a desk.
