Double room w/ private bathroom near commons 🌳

Hey potential roomie 👋🏻!

I have a lovely double bedroom with a private bathroom available for an initial 3 month sublet in my flat.

The flat is shared with just me, a working professional and occasionally my miniature dachshund, who spends about 50% of his time here, so prepare for endless cuddles.

The room is a good sized double and comes with a double bed, mirror and built in wardrobes. I can also leave the the drawers in the pic or a desk if needed (see last pic).

The flat is set over two levels, with the bedroom and bathroom on the same floor as the living room, kitchen and terrace. In spring and summer, the terrace is a real sun trap. It gets sunshine from first thing in the morning until around 7pm, which is perfect for a morning coffee or winding down after work.

Location wise, it’s in a super convenient spot just a few mins walk to Clapham South and Balham tube stations. We’re also just a few minutes’ walk from the commons, as well as plenty of shops, cafés and pubs.

All bills are included in the rent with the exception of gas and electric which usually works out between £60-80 each on average.

I’m a working professional who moved back to London from Aus last year. I love a chat and a social night in on the sofa or a night out together but I also like my own space and downtime, so great to share the space with someone the same.

The room is available as my friend is heading off travelling, which is why there is flexibility around a possible longer stay if she decides to extend her travel or not come back.
