A double room available on 20th April 2026, situated near the top of the house, with garden views at £1,236pcm incl bills. This is in a large house in a lovely area next to Wandsworth Common & a short walk from Balham or Tooting Bec tube stations. Closest station is Wandsworth Common Station which has direct trains to Victoria.

Large TV, 2 shared bathrooms + seperate WC, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, double locks for security, spacious garden area. House is a 7 bed house but 2 rooms have their own en-suite so shared bathrooms are between 5. Shared kitchen/living room with 2 fridges in the kitchen and an additional 2 in the basement. Currently the house has 5 male and 1 female Occupant(me but I am moving out hence advertising the room - waiting on confirmation on who has taken a recently advertised room and will update gender once I know).

All bills inclusive. Wi-fi, cleaner for shared areas (kitchen, landing, bathrooms, etc. every 10 days), iron and ironing board, fully furnished (including kitchen goods, cutlery, crockery, glass and homewares). House has had a new Oven, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer in the last two years. A one off £150 contribution to Utility bills is made when you first move in.

TV, bed with high-quality mattresses and four storage drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, full-length mirror, wastepaper basket, built in storage shelves, chest of drawers and desk with chair. All bedrooms have their own locks in the house.

🚗Parking is also available as payable on-street, and/or applying for a permit through the council.

House has a £40 allowance to spend on cleaning supplies, kitchen towel, washing up liquid, etc. a month.

New tenant:
Must be in full time employment. No couples (single occupancy). Referencing checks will be done by the company managing the house.

Room can be reserved for equivalent of 1 weeks rent and first and last month's rent is payable once contract is signed. Last month's rent is instead of a deposit and the 1 week reservation cost goes towards this.
