Double room in gorgeous Balham house

We’re looking for someone to replace our current housemate (who’s moving in with his girlfriend). The room is £940 per month excluding bills (around £116 per month) and a deposit of £1036.

Location: A 5 bed terraced house in Balham just a 3 min walk from the highstreet and 7 minute walk from Balham tube (Northern line & overground).

About the house: it’s a furnished double bedroom with big windows looking over the beautiful (and massive) garden. There’s a large open shared living space with a kitchen, dining area and living room which are perfect for entertaining and just chilling in :)

About us: three girls and one boy aged 25-27. All young professionals working in consulting, architecture and tech. We love spending time together but also respect each other’s space. We’re hoping to keep the house friendly and welcoming so it would be ideal to find someone who’s looking to make friends as well as housemates!

We want to keep the balance so we’re looking for a boy to fill the room. Looking to get things going soon (starting viewings in the next week or so) and set a move in date at the start of May.
