Hi! I’m looking for a housemate to take the spare room in my flat in Balham.

The room is a comfortable double in a well-kept flat, with plenty of natural light and a desk if you work from home. The flat has a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean, modern bathroom. It’s a relaxed, easygoing place to live – ideal for someone who enjoys having a calm home but is also happy to chat over a drink or watch TV now and then.

The flat is in a great location, just a short walk from Balham station (Northern line and National Rail), as well as lots of great cafés, pubs, restaurants, and shops.
