Lovely double en-suite room in Balham

Lovely double en-suite room in Balham (with bath) available from April 10th. Unfortunately my lovely flatmate is moving out and I’m looking to find someone to fill the room. It’s a 5 minute walk from Balham station (norther line and overground) and a 10 minute walk from Clapham South. The flat is also walking distance of Wandsworth common, Clapham Common and Tooting common as well as many pubs, bars and restaurants. I’m 29 a professional working in the city, typically work from home 2-3 days a week and usually in the flat on week day evenings to cook and sometimes on the weekends. Looking for someone similar to join.
