Room available in Balham/Clapham South 12th April

Hiya! Our flatmate is moving out to live with her partner so we are currently looking for someone to fill her room. The flat is inbetween clapham south and balham, 10 minute walk to either station. The rent is £1170 per month and bills usually come to around £100 a month. We are unable to do a tenant swap so we would need to sign a new contract with the new tenant.

You’ll living with Sarah (25) and Emma (27). We’ve been living in the flat together for the last 6 months. We are looking for someone similar age who is friendly, clean and sociable.

Emma has lived in London for a few years but is originally from the midlands. She works Monday-Friday and wfh one day a week. Sarah moved over from Australia last year and is a midwife so works on a shift basis. We both enjoy netball, reality tv, pub trips, charity shopping and general girly things. ☺️

The room is fairly big so rent is split proportionally and there is space for a desk if you work from home. The desk in the picture is not included.
