I have a room available in a spacious two bedroom flat, I have recently moved in so the room is empty and looking for someone to join me who wants to make the house a home.
The room is a large double with newly fitted built in wardrobes. The kitchen has just been renovated and comes with dishwasher and washer/ dryer. There is also a communal garden.
The flat is between Balham and Streatham - Streatham hill station is a 10 minute walk and Balham station is a 15 minute walk, or both reachable by bus. Right next to tooting common and coffee shops.
You’ll be living me with - I’m 30 and work in executive search near Bond Street. I’m in the office 4 days a week so looking for someone with a similar routine. I’m very easy going and enjoy spending my time with friends, travelling, yoga and all the usual antics!
