Rent: £1200 per month (for both rooms) excluding bills

Looking for someone who:
- Can move in end of May
- Has the right to rent in the UK
- Is a serious applicant
- Can provide a UK guarantor
- Will move quickly through referencing
- Available to pay £1384 deposit when referencing is complete
- 25+, girls preferred, no couples
