Hey! I’m sadly moving out of our gorgeous house in Balham and looking for someone to take my room 🏡
You’d be living with Bronte, Adele and Alicia – all in their early 30s. It’s a really lovely, relaxed household; they enjoy Pilates, walks, matcha runs, and of course a good wine at the pub 🍷
The move-in date is 1st June.
Rent is £950 pcm, with bills at £120 pcm (this includes a cleaner). You’d be sharing a bathroom with two others.
The room is unfurnished, although I’m looking to sell the bed if that’s of interest.
