Me (29) and flatmate Martin (31) are looking for 1 other person to join us in this Victorian Balham flat of 3 as current flatmate Jasper is moving in with his partner.
We’re hoping to find someone friendly, respectful, clean and tidy. We both live busy lives through work and social so our home is a calm place to retreat to where you can rest easy but still have a nice chat whilst making dinner!
About the property:
The available room comes with a bed and wardrobe as well as the other box room that can be used an office - perfect if you WFH as you can separate your work environment from your rest!
Spacious open plan living room / kitchen with access to a south facing garden in London (very lucky)!
The bathroom is pretty standard and the water pressure is spot on (again, a London luxury)
Quiet residential road about a 8 minute walk from Balham station 🚇 and tooting common less than 5 mins away 🌳
Now the renters rights act is active you only have to give 2 months notice and don’t have to commit to several months but ideally we’re looking for someone who’s wants at least 6+ months! Landlord has already done a tiny rent increase so that won’t happen again for at least 12 moths!!
