The flat has two bathrooms, a comfortable shared living area, a large balcony and a garage if you need to store a bike. Living with two girls, 29 & 30, Irish & Scottish, and working in fintech/public sector. They do a mix of working from home and going into the office. Super friendly and easygoing — into brunches, cycling, wine nights, and having friends over now and then. We often hang out in the evenings, watch TV together, and have a chat — it’s a really relaxed, sociable vibe.

The location is really convenient—just a 6-minute walk to Balham Station (Northern Line and National Rail to Clapham Junction/Victoria) and 10 minutes to Clapham South.

Balham High Street is only 5 minutes away, with Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Waitrose, cafes, pubs, gyms, and more right on your doorstep.
