Plenty of built in storage with a wardrobe, your own large cupboard in the hallway, and eaves storage that stretches across the front of the house. Bills come to around £90 each per month. The official move in date is the 1st of July with the potential to pick up the keys and get moved in a bit earlier.

A friendly and sun-filled home in the streets of Balham, the house is a five-minute walk to Balham high street where we have heaps of lovely restaurants and cafés, 4x grocery stores and access to both the underground (Northern Line) and the national rail (direct services to Victoria).

There is plenty of space for both relaxing and hosting, with a beautiful full-sized kitchen, that has ample space to cook or sit around chatting. The flat also has a bright communal lounge room — ideal for unwinding after work, movie nights, and entertaining. Upstairs we have a rooftop terrace complete with outdoor furniture and a fire pit, making it a real highlight of our home.

Both the boys cycle - there’s room to keep your bike in the house if preferred! And lots of places to safely lock up your bike in the surrounding streets.

Housemates:

Santiago - 27, consultant for a tech company working from home. Enjoys cooking, playing football, running, and boardgames. And he speaks Spanish!

Martin - 27, engineer. Also enjoys cooking, rock climbing, and going to the theatre. He also speaks French!

Sammi - 38, Nurse: busy shift worker - who loves to travel and is generally out and about socialising, gym, theatre, London life. But also loves a chill night in playing games or binging the latest shows.
