Hey!! We are looking for a couple to take over a room as our current housemates are sadly moving out. Move in date is super negotiable, anytime from now but will need to be in by 1st of July!! It is £1200pm for the room (£600 each), plus bills (Council Tax is band C) and deposit.

The Flat
- 2 bedroom (we have a small third room however keep this as a study/spare room)
- Large kitchen and lounge room
- A lovely balcony that catches the morning sun
- Separate toilet and bathroom, both shared.
- Plenty of storage space
- Lovely green space just outside

The Room
- Comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, and has a built in wardrobe
- The room is large and catches all the afternoon sun

Transport/Area
- We are super close to Clapham South station (roughly a five minute walk), and Balham station (just over a 10 minute walk)
- Close to Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Tesco, Waitrose and a small M&S
Lots a cute shops, pubs, and cafes along and around the high street

About us:
You will be moving in with myself and my partner Jem (both 23y/o Australians). We are a very social and easygoing house - often spending our time eating picky bits in the common, going to the pub for a drink or a quiz night, movie/games nights, travelling, reading, going for walks and runs, and of course exploring London! We are looking for a couple that would fit in well with this vibe!!!!
