A double room in our 4 bed flat in Balham

It comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed and eaves storage, and a bathroom shared with the other guy. The flat has a large open plan kitchen/living area which gets lots of light.

The flat is really well connected and is a 5-10 minute walk from Balham station (northern line and rail service) and a 5 minute walk to Tooting Common.

The rent would be £910pcm + bills (approx £90 per month)

Viewings: will be taking place on the evening of the 8th June. The room would be available from the 2nd July.

Flatmates: Sharing with 1 boy (28) and 2 girls (29), and we are also good friends with the flat of 4 downstairs and have been on a ski trip with them and frequent visits to Balham’s beer gardens.

Izzy - 29 works in Marketing for a beauty brand. Interests: spin classes, seeing friends for dinner, drinks and pub trips.

Henry - 28 works in financial journalism. Into sports, going to the Oval and the races also up for a few drinks too.

Simran - 29 works in finance. Into brunches, Pilates and thirsty Thursdays!

We are looking for another guy to maintain the balance in the flat, and would like someone who is sociable but also has their own group of friends.

The deposit for the room is £952.50
