Large shared living room too. Big understairs cupboard for extra storage. Nice quiet street right next to Tooting Bec Common and 10 mins walk from Balham Station. If WFH can either fit a desk in the bedroom or can work in the kitchen as the other housemate works out of the house Mon - Fri (see my current workspace in kitchen photos for example - plenty of space!) Lambeth council tax band D.
💁♀️ Current flatmate: has lived here for nearly a year. Female, early 30s and works full time at hospital Mon-Fri. She enjoys running, gym classes, going out for drinks and dinner and also enjoying chilled nights at home together watching series/movie.
Future flatmate: looking for someone tidy who can also treat the house like a home, socialise when at home (sometimes over glass of wine!) and have a home together but equally can respect space you need as and when.
Pets are accepted as I have had a dog in the flat since I moved in over a year ago but now leaving the lovely flat to relocate to north east (and dog coming with!)
