The room comes with a double bed. There is a built in cupboard space at the end of the bed, and space for a desk should you wish to bring one. There is also use of a chest of drawers down the hall.
You will be living with 2 girls (24 and 27), both are tidy, considerate young professionals. They are both lovely, kind people and I have loved living with them the last year. Whoever moves in will be lucky to have them as housemates. We are looking for the following person:
- female
- professional
- someone who does not work nights or tend to return home late night/early hours on weekdays
Start date: Available from 10 July
Rent: £828 per month
Bills: ~ £120 per month (internet, gas and electric, water and council tax) this can vary in winter but most months it is £120 or less
Deposit: The holding should be £955, total £1077 - but will confirm this exact with landlord.
You would have to earn at least £30,000 per year to pass referencing checks or will need a guarantor. Please let me know if you do in your message.
