Balham Flat, located between balham and wandsworth common in popular and safe neighbourhood.

Gas and central heating, full equipped kitchen with white goods and appliances from landlord. Seperate sleeping area (towards front of property) to living and cooking. Large private garden to rear borderd by neighbors so very safe.

I've been offered an opportunity out of London and hoping to move over the summer, preferably at the start of August time. I'm putting the feelers out atm for tenancy takeover to leave earlier, with the idea of the new person starting their own contract or covering part of the 2 months notice to allow me to exit sooner and then the new tenant starts their own contract at the property.
