Looking for flatmate for our 3-bed flat in Balham

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our 3 bed flat in Balham.

The flat is spacious and bright with an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, which includes a dining table, washing machine and dishwasher. The available room is spacious with large built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom (including bath).

The flat is in a great location - 6 min walk from Balham tube, 4 mins from Wandsworth common station, and close to the shops/pubs and commons.

We are currently negotiating a potential rent increase with the landlord. Current rent for this room is £1180 and bills come to around £80. We are hoping to avoid any increase but this is a work in progress!

The current flatmates are long-time friends looking for someone who is friendly and tidy, who wants to get involved but also happy doing their own thing. We love a chat, watching tv and eating together, a pub trip / quiz, and would be happy to socialise and make friends with our new flatmate.

Lucy (28) work in organisational development, loves a social plan and pub trip, big spin & reformer fan, always up for a run, and finding new food/drink spots.

Megan (27) works in medical communications, loves Zumba, reading, going for walks, trying new crafty hobbies, and the occasional night out.

We both work from home most of the time (usually ~4 days a week).
