Gorgeous room in social house in Balham

We have 1 room going in our gorgeous social Balham home ✨

Note: We’re still deciding what room will be available as one of us might want to upgrade so I’ve posted both with details below :)

Room 1 - spacious ground floor room. It has big windows so loads of natural light. This room is £850 excl bills.

Room 2 - double room with a walk in wardrobe (not pictured) and storage under the bed. It’s on the top floor and overlooks the garden, so a beautiful view to wake up to! This room is £750 excl bills.

The house 🏡 : elite real estate ✨ on a quiet road tucked away in Balham, we have 2 toilets, a gorgeous open plan kitchen and lounge, 2 fridges and most importantly a stunning garden which comes to life in summer and is mowed with love by Marcus.

Your roomies 🫶🏼: You’ll be living with 4 icons (2 guys and 2 girls)

- Hannah (29): a civil servant who is sport obsessed, loves a wine and a spontaneous physical challenge. Lucky to be surrounded by many amazing mates in london who are often over for a catch up and dinner.

Jasmine (30): an occupational therapist hailing all the way from Canada. Certified yapper and loves a binge watch of I kissed a girl. Known to give Marcus too many shots.

- Marcus (29): a website developer with the most caring soul! Always up for a chat over a cup of tea and a series, but also known for always doing a shot too many on a night out.

- Lochie (29): our resident Australian; but a man of the world. Works in insurance and when not seen in his smart suit he’s chilling shirtless in the garden, or ordering Deliveroo after a few beers.

We’re looking for someone social, friendly, who is keen to make the house a home but equally independent! We like to do things as a house, and often have people around but we respect each others space and quieter week nights! Huge bonus points for being tidy and clean as we like to keep the house neat 🧼 looking for someone around the same age as us! About the area💗: we’re about a 7 min walk from balham tube station (northern line and overground), and 10 minutes from Wandsworth common station. We all love living in Balham, with our local (The Regent) just at the end of our street, and plenty of pubs, green spaces (and lime bikes iykyk) around! We also have an Aldi, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s within walking distance, and a corner shop about 3 min away.

The extras 🤑: bills come to about £100-150 a month and deposit will be needed to secure the room. We’re hoping to hold viewings w/c 13th June. Move in date is 1st of August and we’re looking for someone long-term! Any questions ask away!
