Lovely room in the centre of Balham

Looking for someone to fill my room in Balham! I’m moving to Brighton which sadly means I have to leave our lovely flat behind. The room itself is lovely and bright, and comes fully furnished with a double bed and lots of storage. The rent is £870 plus bills and the room’s available from 10th august.
Our flat is just off of Hildreth Street and only a couple of minutes walk from Balham tube (northern line) and national rail (easy access into central, Gatwick etc). The common is also a 5 minute walk away.
You'll be living with Lucy (28) and Lauren (27), two great, easy-going girls who enjoy a chat, the occasional drink or dinner together, but also have their own lives and respect each other's space. They're looking for someone who's clean, considerate, and sociable, who's happy to be part of the house. Ideally they are looking for another girl 25-30.
