Double room in Balham flat

Heya!

We have 1 double bedroom available in our 4-bed Balham flat as our lovely housemate is moving to Singapore. The room shares a bathroom with one other person, while still giving you your own comfortable space in a sociable flat.

The room is available from 12th September, with rent at £984.05 a month plus bills of around £100 per month. The deposit is £1073.50

Flatmates: Aoife (27), Grace (27) and Rhianna (28). We all met through Gals Who Rent and have become good friends since! We work a mix of home and office, and evenings are usually pretty relaxed — often involving the sofa and some form of reality TV. We also enjoy heading to the pub and the occasional night out!

We’re looking for: A gal over 25 who is friendly, tidy and respectful. We’d love someone who’s up for being social and part of the flat, but who also has their own life going on too!

Furnishings: The flat was originally unfurnished, but we’ve furnished all the communal areas. The room will be left with a bed, desk and hanging space, which we’re asking the incoming tenant to purchase for £150. This will all be yours to keep 😊

Transport: Right by Wandsworth Common station (12 mins direct to Victoria or 3 mins to Clapham Junction), and about a 10-minute walk to Balham tube.

Green space: The building has a shared garden and Wandsworth Common is basically on the doorstep (30-second walk!)

Gyms: Anytime Fitness Balham is the closest gym, and there’s also a Pilates studio 2 minutes away from the house called The Loft!

Shops/pubs: Bellevue Road is just across the common with lots of cute shops, cafes and pubs, plus bigger supermarkets on Balham High Road.
