The flat has a large terrace, separate kitchen and living room/dining area, as well as one shared bathroom.
The available bedroom has two large windows and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also room for a desk if you need one.
Details below:
⭐ Rent: £1270 per month, plus bills (only £25 council tax per month!)
⭐ Available from: Mid-September (possibly early September)
⭐️ Location: Just off Balham High Road (near the Devonshire pub), 10 minutes from both Balham and Clapham South tube stations.
