I'm sadly moving out of my flat, so we're looking for someone to take over my room in a fantastic 2 bedroom flat right in the heart of Balham.

You'll be sharing with my current flatmate Harris, 27. One of the friendliest blokes I know, super easy-going and tidy. Enjoys socialising and a laugh, but equally appreciates a calm, chilled home vibe. Great to live with and looking for a like minded flatmate!

The flat is genuinely spacious, with a huge living room area, a large, well-equipped kitchen, and a private balcony area.

Right on Balham High Road
Less than a minute's walk to Balham Station (Northern Line + National Rail)
