Bright Double Room in a Friendly Flat

✨The room: sunny, south-facing, fully furnished. Sharing a bathroom with 3 other flatmates. There is no desk in the room however there is space for one should you need to wfh. Available from 23 August but move in date is flexible, must be by 1 September though.

✨The house: Although there are 6 of us in the house, it’s so spacious that we never are in on top of one another. It’s located on a quiet street, only a 7 min walk away from Balham tube station and all the great pubs and restaurants Balham has to offer.

✨The flatmates: An Irish couple Eoghan (30) and Bláithín (29), Jay (English, 26), Jess (Kiwi, 31) and Connor (English, 27). We are quite socially independent as we are all on different schedules and have different interests but we often love to have a yap and a laugh in the kitchen in the evenings after work. We get on well with one another and like to keep the place well maintained and clean. The house has a lovely, chill and friendly vibe!

✨Viewings: To be held in the evenings of MONDAY 10 AUGUST and TUESDAY 11 AUGUST . Please do not message me if you can’t make these dates. We unfortunately cannot offer any during the day or at the weekend.
