The available double bedroom is on the lower floor and comes with exclusive use of the main bathroom, giving you plenty of privacy!

The flat is gorgeous and I’ve genuinely adored living here over the past two years! Sadly my best friend is moving out to live with her partner (booooo!) so I’m therefore looking to fill the room by the end of September.

The flat is in a fantastic location, an absolute bargain rental price and excellent transport links and local amenities nearby:
* 10-minute walk to Balham Underground (Northern line) and Balham High Street
* 5-minute walk to National Rail (Wandsworth Common) with direct trains to Victoria
* 25-minute walk to Clapham Common and Northcote Road

A little about me
I'm a 35-year-old professional working in London. I am a northern girly, who is currently single and enjoys keeping active, Pilates, travelling, wellness, music, trying new restaurants, fashion, exploring the world, going for a wine or spicy margarita, and catching up with friends! During the week, I enjoy a calm, tidy and peaceful home, but I'm always up for a glass of wine, a takeaway, a spot of cooking, or chat after work. I'm hoping to find someone with a similar outlook. I currently work from home usually 3 days a week and I’m a psychotherapist. I also work some evenings in the week online from my room until 7pm, so would ask this was considered.

I'm hoping to find someone who:
* Female, ideally aged 28+
* Is clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
* Works primarily office-based/hybrid
* Enjoys a peaceful, comfortable home
* Has a similar social life at weekends with hobbies and interests outside the home
* Doesn't mind sharing the occasional glass of wine and a catch-up every now and then!
