A double room has come up in this lovely Balham flat!

The location:
The flat is well located, it's a 7 min walk to Balham tube & train station. There are a lot of lovely cafes & restaurants around and it's also just a short walk to Wandsworth common & Tooting common.

The flat:
The flat has a large communal living room & kitchen, with lots of space to relax. The room itself is a double with space for a desk. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe & potentially a chest of drawers should the new person want it. There is also a large cupboard in the hall with additional storage. The room has an excellent view of the lovely communal garden & gets wonderful sunlight. It also has the benefit of being the warmest room in winter & coolest in summer.

The people:
You'll be sharing with Bailey (32) who works in Law & Steph (34) who works in Finance. Both are into watching television, playing games & going out for brunches etc. The girls like to keep the flat clean & tidy, they would be keen to share with someone who is similar in that area. The flat lends itself well to hanging out together while still being big enough to have plenty of personal space. Ideally we're looking for a girl to join the house to keep the same energy (LGBTQ+ of course welcome).

The cost & move in:
Rent comes to £796 a month without bills. Bills are generally between £50-£100 a month on top of this (with variation between summer/winter).
The move in is 27th September, however I will have my accommodation before that date so can be flexible!
