The room

• Bedroom is fully furnished (Bed, bedside table, chest of draws and wardrobe)

• Study comes without any furniture so you can make it an office space or a walk in wardrobe

• £1,050 pcm rent + ~£110 pcm bills

The deposit is £1,240.38. This will be paid directly to the estate agents and new inventory check will be done on the rooms before move in.

🏡 The house is fully furnished, with separate kitchen, dining room and living room. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor (mainoy used by the ground floor bedroom) and one on the 1st floor shared between 3 of us.

📍 It’s a fantastic location – just 10mins walk to Balham and Clapham South station (Northern Line) and an easy stroll to both Clapham and Tooting Common. Our estate agents are very good – they are super responsive with any issues.

👭 You’ll be living with 3 female professionals (24-27). The girls love brunch, quiet nights in watching tv and pub trips for drinks/pub quiz but also respect each other’s space, so looking for someone with a similar vibe. I will 100% miss living with these wonderful girls and they are all so friendly!
