Hi I’m Jess and I’m looking for someone to move into my spare room in Balham from October, flexible on dates.

A bit about me:
I’m 27 and an actuary that works in insurance in the city. I’m in the office most of the week and enjoy swimming or watching reality trash in the evenings. I bought my flat 6 weeks ago and have been renovating ever since. I’m now in the position where I’m looking for someone to share my home with. I’m not a scummy London landlord I promise!

A bit about the flat:
* Location: 8 mins to Tooting Bec/10 mins to Balham tube stations. 7 mins to Wandsworth Common overground which is really easy to get to Victoria.
* Room: Just renovated with new double bed and mattress. The bed is an ottoman and the room comes with a separate storage cupboard. So loads of space for belongings!
* Price: £1.1k pm with bills included
*I also have a parking space included
*Available from October, flexible on date

Since this is my home, I’m looking for someone I can call a friend rather than just a housemate. Ideally, I’d like someone who also works in the office most days and shares a similar lifestyle. I’m open to both guys and girls but ideally someone of a similar age. No couples, pets or short term lets, sorry!
