Looking for someone to fill my room with my 3 good friends in Balham / Clapham South!

📍 Location:

• 15 min walk to Clapham South station

• 18 min walk to Balham station

🛏️ The room:

• Double bedroom

• £850/month + bills (approx. £100/month)

• There may be space for a small desk, but the room would probably suit someone who works from the office most days or doesn’t need a big WFH setup.

- has a small balcony/ outdoor area (currently a couch on it)

🏠 The house:

• Separate kitchen and living room

• Sharing with 3 Aussie girls, all working professionals

• WFH Mondays & Fridays

• Social and friendly house who love having friends over, going to the gym, running together, trying new spots around London and generally making the most of living here.

Looking for someone social, clean and friendly who wants to live in a house where everyone gets along and hangs out!
