Double room in Balham | 5min walk to station!

I'm moving out of my apartment and my double room is up for grabs! Ideal move in date is late September/start of October, though can be flexible up for the right person.

*5 min walk to Balham station (Northern Tube + National Rail)
*5 min walk to Big Sainsburys, Co-op, Aldi, Pret & multiple pubs

- Room -
The room has a double bed, desk, freestanding wardrobe w/mirror (mirror taken off the wardrobe for easier use), bedside table, and a wooden shelf unit. The heater warms the whole room quickly and the window gives the room great sun throughout the day. I work from home twice a week and have no problems doing so with the current set up.

- Flat -
You will be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate (Sion) who keeps it clean (the other two have their own bathroom). There's a big shared living area which is used a lot by the current flatmates which includes a big TV with a dodgy firestick. The flat has a big kitchen with a multi-hob gas cooker/oven, dishwasher and brand new fridge as of this month. It sits within a wider mansions complex with a great shared garden out back + there's no noise from the road or the neighbours.

- Flatmates -
You'll be sharing the flat with Niall, Jack and Sion (M, 25-32). Jack is in Sales and is hybrid, Niall is in tech and WFH full time, and Sion is an ambulance driver so his schedule is fairly all over the place. They're a social bunch that often hang out in the lounge, head out to the pub together and generally just get on well, however are comfortable to take time for themselves when needed. The hope is to find someone that can keep the same vibe going, however are pretty flexible with whoever.

As the flat is managed by a property company so you will need to pass references which they will complete.
