Large double room with own bathroom

I am sadly moving out of my lovely two bed flat in Balham!

The room is large and modern and you would have your own bathroom. It has a lovely balcony off the shared living area/kitchen and there is also a brand new large communal roof terrace. The flat is on Balham High Road which has all the shops you need. The flat is at the back of the building so is really quiet.

My current flatmate Gemma is super lovely and social and we've become really good friends so will be really sad to leave!! We've made the flat a home and looking for someone who also wants the same vibe, is sociable but also likes spending time on their own sometimes!

The tenants in the building are all young professionals and we've made friends with neighbours so it's a lovely place to live.
