Hi! I’m moving out of my flat and looking for someone to replace me ☺️

- Open plan kitchen/ living room with a large balcony off the living room for outdoor space
- 3 mins walk from the tube/train station and high street shops/ gym etc. Surrounded by lots of green space with Clapham Common, tooting common and Wandsworth common within 10 mins walk!
- Sharing with a lovely 29 year old woman who’s very chill and loves to socialise
- Furnished with bedside table, bed, wardrobe and large chest of drawers

Exact moving date is TBC but likely mid-late October/early November so would be good if you could be flexible.

I’ve lived in the area for 4 years and it is a great spot! Bills come up to about £125 per month.

Looking for:
- A professional woman of the same age
