Hi! I’m moving out of my flat and looking for someone to replace me ☺️

The details:
- 1 large double room with inbuilt wardrobe/ storage
- 2 bed 2 bath flat - shower room and then bathroom with a full bath
- Purpose built flat complex with a lift and maintenance company
- Open plan kitchen/ living room with a large balcony off the living room for outdoor space
- 3 mins walk from the tube/train station and high street shops/ gym etc. Surrounded by lots of green space with Clapham Common, tooting common and Wandsworth common within 10 mins walk!
- Sharing with a lovely 29 year old woman who’s very chill and loves to socialise
- Furnished with bedside table, bed, in-built wardrobe (the closed cupboard you see in the video) and a large chest of drawers
- There’s a deep storage cupboard in the flat

Exact moving date is TBC but likely from mid October. I can be flexible on this though.

I’ve lived in the area for 4 years and it is a great spot! Bills come up to about £125 per month.

There will be £50~ referencing fee and about £80~ contribution for communal household items/appliances which were all bought in late May.

- A professional woman of a similar age range
- Someone earning £37.5k~ (to pass referencing) or a guarantor / other evidenced income can help with this
