Two rooms in Balham flat

Looking for two people to join me in this great flat in Balham very close to Milk Run coffee shop and Tooting Common. Looking for people that are clean/tidy and easy going. I’ve lived here for a year and current tenants are moving out of London so looking to fill their rooms.

Shared bathroom with bath and shower and large living/kitchen area. The flat also has air conditioning in the living area. We have a bi-weekly cleaner that is part of the shared bills.

I’m active, social and love cooking which this flat is great for. I work in sport sponsorship and travel very regularly for work. Looking for likeminded professionals who’d like a flat in a great location
