Accommodation in the rest of the flat comprises a dramatic living room, perfect for cocktails, with art, comfortable seating, and vintage record player as well as an open fire and a 4K TV with all the streaming apps.
A bright bathroom with large walk-in shower comes with decent storage. The dining room with views onto the garden adjoins the well-appointed kitchen...a real home chef's kitchen. Outside there is a cute, secluded garden and patio with space for 8 around a table and is complete with a hot tub, perfect for summer BBQs.
Balham is one of south London’s most sought after neighbourhoods and is very well connected, served by National Rail (direct trains to Clapham Junction, Victoria and Brighton) and London Underground Northern Line. Balham is a destination in itself and a foodie’s heaven with amazing independent restaurants and cafes, lively bars and pubs and a even a cool aperitivo bar, Eleven, serving London’s best spritz. Make sure you get brunch at Milk, but be prepared to queue! When you want to get out and explore you’re only 15 mins by from central London attractions, and less than 10 mins from Clapham.
