Amazing Double Room in Balham

Hi Potential Housemates,

Myself (Amanda) and my current housemate Sarah are moving into an amazing flat in Balham on the 8th September and we have a spare room!

The room is a double and will come with basic furniture. We also have a large communal living room, lovely new kitchen and a good-sized bathroom.

We've been living with each other for the last year and we're looking for someone fun, easy going and relatively tidy who wants to live with friends rather than randoms.

We're both very easy going and love staying in with a DVD and a takeaway or going out with friends.

We're not bothered whether the room goes to a guy or girl but we're looking for someone around our age (23).
